TL;DR
An Old School RuneScape server built around a real economy and native raids and bosses. New: the Fractured Archive, a fourth raid from Old School's newest update, is open now to parties of one to eight.
Sanguine is an Old School RuneScape server built around its economy, running a custom RuneLite client. It launched on Saturday 12 September 2026 with a full economy wipe, so everyone started from nothing on the same evening and nobody carries a head start from the beta.
New: the Fractured Archive is open. It is the fourth raid, from Old School's newest update: the Archive Guardian first, then the party's pick of Bork and his Smorks, Dreadnoth the Jellied or Xarth, and Ocellus at the end of it all. It takes one to eight players and holds new uniques, the Obligator among them, and a pet of its own, Orion.
Loot is worth what other players will pay for it. The Grand Exchange matches real player offers with escrow rather than selling at a fixed shop price, and drop tables, death costs and alchemy all price against the same set of item values. The starting kit costs nothing, so everything above it is a drop, a craft or a trade: godswords, raids gear, best-in-slot, pets and cosmetics all have to be earned.
The boss roster is native, not stubbed. The Inferno (waves 1 to 68, plus TzKal-Zuk), the Chambers of Xeric (the Great Olm), the Theatre of Blood (Verzik Vitur, with solo scaling), the Tombs of Amascut (the Wardens), Sol Heredit, Yama, the Doom of Mokhaiotl, Nex and the Ancient Prison, Vorkath, Cerberus, Alchemical Hydra, the Corrupted Gauntlet, the Nightmare and Phosani's Nightmare, Zulrah, and Vardorvis, the Leviathan and the Whisperer are all built against actual OSRS wiki mechanics rather than simplified copies.
Outside combat there is a full skilling lane, a collection log, combat and skilling achievements, a rebuilt bank and equipment interface, gear presets, a searchable boss drop-table viewer, and leaderboards for kills and wealth. A wiki is generated from the live server, so every rate on it is the number the game really rolls.
The Wilderness is the premium lane rather than the whole game. Blood money is the universal combat currency: every boss pays it, and the wild pays more. Blood revenants grow stronger the deeper the wild goes, up to the rare Blood maledictus, alongside a parallel Blood Slayer track, and automated PvP tournaments run every hour.
New content and fixes ship most days, and because the wiki comes off the live server, any claim on this page can be checked there before installing anything.

There's a GE so it's quite open, prices do fluctuate!
