RSPS Scene Report Q3 2026: More Servers, Same Players

We check every vote on our RSPS list. Put three months of that together and you get a pretty good picture of what’s going on in the scene. So from now on, we’ll share it every quarter.

This first report covers July, August and September 2026.

The short version

  • There are more active servers than we’ve ever counted (at least: since we store the records).
  • 79 new servers launched. About two out of three were still going at the end of September.
  • Impact was the most voted server. Elorin was the newcomer of the quarter.
  • About one in three votes was fake, and got removed.

1. More servers than we’ve ever counted

Active RSPS per month, April to September 2026: 110, 121, 125, 149, 152, 152.

In April, 110 servers got votes. In September, it was 152. That’s the highest number since we started keeping these records in 2022, and a lot more servers fighting for the same players.

Players didn’t vote more, though. We counted 838,745 real votes in these three months, almost the same as the three months before. So every server gets a smaller piece of the pie.

Good news if you’re a player: you’ve never had this much choice. Tough news if you run a server: standing out is harder than it was a few months ago.

2. 79 new servers

79 new RSPS launched this quarter: 21 in July, 27 in August and 31 in September. At the end of September, 52 of them were still active.

Fair warning: a server that launched in July had more time to die out than one that launched last week. So that number will go down. We’ll check back in the next report.

3. The top 10

The most voted servers from July to September:

#ServerVotes
1Impact147,748
2Roat Pkz101,240
3Orion82,738
4Elorin66,899
5Alora45,261
6August34,264
7Reason OSRS28,577
8SpawnPK22,967
9Near-Reality19,467
10Ferox17,998

Together, these 10 servers got about two thirds of all votes.

4. Who stood out

Newcomer of the quarter: Elorin. Elorin only launched on 28 August, so it was online for just five weeks of this quarter. It still finished fourth. Average new servers take months to build a player base. Elorin did it in weeks.

Climber of the quarter: Galanor. Galanor went from 24th place to 16th, and almost doubled its votes compared to the three months before.

The old guard: Alora and Roat Pkz. These two were in the top 5 every summer since 2022. Servers come and go, but these two just keep going.

5. Fun facts

  • Weekends aren’t busier. Every day of the week gets about the same number of votes.
  • The busiest day of the quarter was 1 September, with 10,322 real votes.
  • More players vote from their phone. In July, about 1 in 9 votes came from a phone. In September, it was about 1 in 7.

6. One in three votes was fake

31% of all votes this quarter were fake, and we removed them. That’s a bit better than the three months before (34%), but it’s been around one in three for about two years now. Want to know how we catch them? Read our vote-fraud report.

Coming up

16 servers have already put their launch date on our Upcoming calendar, and 10 of them launch in October. The next report covers October to December and comes out in January. Got questions about the numbers? Ask us on Discord.

How we count: RSPS servers only. “Real votes” passed our checks, “fake votes” didn’t. A server counts as active in a month when it got at least one real vote that month. We only ever share totals, never anything about individual voters. More in our methodology.
