How would you describe the behavior and difficulty of NPCs and bosses? Are they smart? Buggy? Difficult?

The bosses are fine. The players are the problem. Bullying players out of the wildy for hours is just not cool.

I've yet to do any raids to comment on that. All the wildy bosses are more or less easier to get the hang of in due time.

How are rule-breakers dealt with on the server?

spawnpk is dying by moderators who ban everyone for like nothing. also, their is poor advertisement; that's the main reason why this server is dying in my opinion.
