Gathering reaches high tier, with woodcutting through redwood and mining through rune. Teleports work, starter quests like Cook's Assistant are playable, and Draynor stands as a working hub. Alpha is open while the wider world, bosses and mid-game get built in public.

TL;DR

Ritual is an OSRS private server past the tutorial sandbox: bank, GE, trade, high-tier gathering, teles, starter quests, and Draynor are in. Alpha is open while we build out the wider world, bosses, and mid-game in public.

Ritual is an Old School private server in alpha, written from scratch. Stock-feel OSRS is the foundation. From there we add Ritual's own twists so it stands apart from a plain mirror of the live game, with an honest public roadmap instead of fake "100% complete" claims.
We are past the "can you log in" phase and into building the real game. Public alpha is open, and we are looking for people to help test and shape the RSPS as we build it.
What is already playable

  • Full early loop: bank, shops, trade, Grand Exchange, prayer, and core interfaces
  • Gathering and skilling spine: woodcutting through redwood, mining through rune, fishing, cooking, firemaking
  • Combat basics against Misthalin NPCs, with protection prayers and normal eat/pot pacing
  • Travel: standard spellbook teleports and jewellery teleports
  • Starter quests: Cook's Assistant, Sheep Shearer, The Restless Ghost
  • Lumbridge and Draynor as working hubs

Ritual twists live currently

  • Gamemodes plus named XP rates (Sir through Realism), changeable later with a level preview
  • Unlock / points shop for popular gated rewards while Barbarian Assault, Pest Control, and similar content are still coming

What is nextBosses, minigames, most quests, and most of the world map are still ahead. The platform is standing. Content build is the work now.
