rule-breakers are mostly banned, I think that's fair.

I'm proud of my Master Quest Cape, 1.3 trillion cash, and 50k vote books.
Would give the opportunity to choose between EoC and Legacy Combat.
Honestly, the only motivation there is in Kavros is how well you can accumulate Kavros Dollars for perks and/or Sacrifice points for Tree Perks. Outside of those, there really isn't any other motivation because the rest don't compare to the bonuses and gamebreaking/gamechanging perks you get from those.
It invites oldschool RuneScape players to experience RuneScape 3, since it's legacy locked combat and balancing. It's also balanced really well around combat in legacy for all kinds of PvM/Bossing. Only downside is the perks, which is also an upside. If you have them, it makes it miles better. If you don't, you're miles behind where you should be in actual RuneScape.
I'm proud of my master comp. cape, and all my bis weapons and armor.
