grinding heroic slayer 2, it's pretty satisfying
yeah, especially the fang blade (melee), but not for mage and range.
I make money from global bosses and raid events.
Uhmm interesting question. I use heroic slayer 1 on my alt when online, and using my main will do eternal npc Manticore or echo npcs for money on my main. Overall, 2 really good methods.
