everyone is very nice, got a donator bond as soon as I joined for guessing a number correctly :p
You start at 300x XP mode for Combat and 50x XP mode for Skilling, the intro quest is a great tutorial on how the custom features work in the server, so you quickly progress through that. You can make significant progress in like 4 hours!
Its exactly the same game mechanic as Real OSRS but with perks, its much easier and fun, a league-like experience!

Mostly Slayer; much more rewarding without being too over the top with extra/noted drops.

I started playing a week after launch in November. I like that I can play when I have the time and not feel too far behind everyone else. The progression from 300x-80x-10x-1x has been amazing and keeps the grind fresh. Plus, the skilling pacts are legit and help in every way. It's like a permanent leagues.
