Carnage uses our own custom base that has been in development since 2021, and has all the features you could ever want in a server.
We didn't want to give players the same content they've done on hundreds of other servers over the years - so we deleted all of it. All of the items, npcs, bosses, everything - and we started from scratch.
We also didn't want to be another ugly, bloated custom server. For all of our items we use recolored osrs models, which helps keep the aesthetics players enjoy intact.

You need to invest time and use your brains when making decisions on what to spend your funds as well as vote tokens on. I’d say this is for the people that love the OSRS aesthetics and like a little custom flair.
