Just the usual (years ago) and they have all been addressed and fixed.
The commands system is very well fleshed out and adds such great QOL. There's a Reaper task system (boss slayer), and Dungeoneering is completely coded.
Id probably change some things but not fix, drop table on revs for example. And able to sell alchables for a little lower than alch price now for 1-10gp into shops.
