they run every weekend and its honestly amazing for making fast progress.
everything gets stronger over time, it's nice
tbh starting out back then was super chill and the community actually helped.
the server is already amazing, so i would only speed up endgame boss updates.
There is an "Alora" cc where lots of people will answer Alora-specific questions. It's very helpful for new people. If someone answers rudely like it was a stupid question, the ignore list works.
