Staff are active in game around the clock. I am actually part of the Australian timezone staff, and players have access to staff through Discord/in-game at any time.

For me, I like it because it's almost the same as RuneScape, you have fine things.
I would like the way to sell items to improve so it can be faster.
I think the penalty for rule-breakers should be to reset all their skills and everything so they have to start all over again and make things a bit harder.
