Kamil

Kamil is a veteran of the RuneScape Private Server (RSPS) industry with over 20 years of hands-on experience in development, community management, and technical auditing. Active in the scene since 2006, Kamil witnessed the birth of the earliest private server frameworks and successfully managed several high-population Pre-2007 era projects during the industry’s formative years.

Having navigated the evolution from basic 317 revisions to today’s complex environments, Kamil has joined RULOCUS with a singular mission: to bring transparency to a scene often clouded by spoofed data and short-lived projects. As Auditor, he personally oversees the technical verification of servers on the RULOCUS directory, specializing in vote-count integrity.

When he isn't auditing code or analyzing "Vouch Velocity" trends, Kamil remains an active contributor to the RSPS development community, advocating for fair monetization and player-first infrastructure.
