Carnage is a fully custom server made from the ground up, but with all OSRS aesthetics. Item upgrading, bossing, custom raids, rewarding gameplay, perks, sigils, perk trees, pet effects, collection log rewards, and more!

Carnage uses our own custom base that has been in development since 2021, and has all the features you could ever want in a server.
We didn't want to give players the same content they've done on hundreds of other servers over the years - so we deleted all of it. All of the items, npcs, bosses, everything - and we started from scratch.
We also didn't want to be another ugly, bloated custom server. For all of our items we use recolored osrs models, which helps keep the aesthetics players enjoy intact.
